I'm the king of complaining about spammers and cross posters and
whatnot. Some of these companies (such as GigaNews) take nearly a month
to rid themselves of problem makers, so you have to be persistent. But
there are companies such as 100proofnews that do very little to kick
unwanted people from their organization. Keep sending the posts and at
some point, they will get rid of him.....usually. And if not, contact
your provider because they will sometimes have a more advanced filter so
that they do not appear in their newsgroups at all.
