   A solar shield isn't a single object like a huge mirror or such, but,   
   instead, is the idea of putting up a bunch of dust that would remain   
   suspended for a period of time (like a volcano does naturally.)   
      
   I do agree with the "who's going to pay for it" but the "how do you keep   
   it stationary" doesn't apply here.
