   Is it possible for anything physical not to have change?   
   If there is change, wouldn't be possible to use our measurement of time?   
      
   If time is used to segregate one universe from another, isn't it possible   
   that a parallel universe is to be found in things that are simply changing   
   too fast or too slow for present day instruments to measure?
