   One should notice that John Manning himself for many years was a   
   meditationteacher while he did not meditate himself like his own guru Mahesh   
   yogi !! who do not meditate either. And it is also noticed that many   
   individuals have claimed that Transcendental Meditation has ruined their   
   mental health!!.
