It's common knowledge even amoung most atheists that it's not possible to
know if God does not exist, which is probably why so many of them are ashamed
   of
their belief that he does not. They want to have that belief, act on it by
   being
insulting to the idea that God does exist, and still pretend they have no
   belief
all at the same time. A very stupid position.

His is the most stupid position of all, but I consider him to be the most
stupid person I've encountered in over a decade of participating in ngs, and
   one
of the most dishonest. With him my guess is he is often more stupid than
dishonest though, which is not true with most of these people. Usually from my
pov most of these people are more dishonest than they are stupid and don't
really believe a lot of the stupid things they claim.

Maybe they think that if God does exist they'll be able to fool him when
   the
time comes, and be able to successfully plead their own innocence? Most of them
besides monkey probably are also aware it can't be known if God does not exist.
They might not be able to comprehend why, but it's such common knowledge most
   of
them are probably aware of it. Monkey doesn't seem to have any real
understanding of anything....whatever he thinks at a particular time is all
   he's
aware of, not being able to think things through enough to comprehend how he
thinks he disagrees with himself about a conflicting thought he had at another
   time.
