Because we believe no such thing.              Well, I do. The only reason I phrase it that way is to provoke somebody to       challenge my belief. It would then be up to them to prove me wrong, and       that's fun to watch!              I often mention that I live in a society where religion has little to no       impact on anybody's life, unless they choose to let it have one. We're       happy, peaceful atheists by default and the distinction between 'I don't       believe any gods exist' and 'I believe no gods exist' is regarded as merely       academic. 'Of course there are no gods! It's made of BS from the dark ages,       and religion is crap... Anyway, what's for dinner?' is the attitude of most.                            --       Malte Runz              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
