   Who can wade through such meandering, unnecessarily faux sophisticated   
   language, and derive any useful meaning?  The piece seems designed more to   
   obfuscate than to illuminate.   
      
   In other words, be clear, be brief, and get to the point.   
      
   Unless of course, doing so would defeat your purpose.
