At nearly 3:30 in the morning, NUR wrote:       > I have already said this, asshole. Yes, you have said that       I have to pay my own way to get to the relevant court case. However, in the       past you have said you were going to arrange for Nate and I to be extradited.       So I was just asking        this clarifying question: does the fact that I have to pay my own way mean the       extradition is no longer going to happen?              It's an important question, because if the extradition is still pending, why       would I pay my own way? If I'm to be extradited, I can let the government       carrying out the extradition pay for travel. Do you understand?              Second question: where will this court case be taking place? Germany?       Australia? Somewhere else? Surely you realize this is an important question,       as if I am to pay my own way, I need to know where I'm going, right?              Side note: do you honestly think asking you to clarify your own position as to       whether we will be extradited (and where this alleged trial will take place)       constitute "gaslighting"? If so, why? Do you feel that such questions cause       you to question your        own sanity?              NUR continued:       > I want - and I am certain others        > lurking wish - an answer regarding       > your criminal past as a convicted       > felon who served time in prison.              Earlier you wrote that I would be _forced_ to speak on that matter (presumably       in a court?). You also wrote that the usenet newsgroup talk.religion.bahai is       not the proper venue for detailed legal discussion.               Well, with your own words in mind, if (a) I'm going to be forced to discuss       that in a court, and (b) this newsgroup is not the proper venue for legal       discussion, then surely you'll understand if I wait for the relevant trial? If       not, please elaborate as        to why?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
