   Why not accuse me of helping to murder your wife? Or of starting all those   
   wildfires burning now in Australia? Or of helping to make Putin leader of   
   Russia? Or being involved in the bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building   
   that  Timothy McVeigh and    
   Terry Nichols were responsible for?
