   The insignificant unaccomplished Nima Sadra Hazini aka NUR aka Wahid Azal   
   posts a bunch of rants on YouTube. Suddenly unnamed medical professionals   
   tenured at universities find the science of your wife's tragic passing   
   questionable.   
      
   Get over yourself Nima. I am truly sorry about your wife's death. That's the   
   one thing I can say to you not laced with any sarcasm or humor. But your   
   megalomania and paranoia are out of control.
