   Nothing wrong with being a Marxist at all. Marx is very relevant and an   
   important figure in the quest for a more just world.    
      
   However, Nima is NOT a real Marxist. He is a LARPer Leftist. He is a bourgeois   
   landlord. His livelihood comes from rentier capitalism, from gentrification   
   that drives ordinary people out and soaks up their small incomes and which   
   creates luxury spaces    
   priced accordingly for his socioeconomic equals.   
      
   Nima is a parasite.   
      
   Nima is also an asshole.    
      
   So I totally agree it is better to be a Marxist than an "a$$hole." It would be   
   nice if Nima could make the transition someday as his behavior is totally a   
   voluntary choice. Incidentally, those dollar signs are also appropriate to   
   Nima's identity.
