We've all been there.       Nima apparently still has friends who don't know what being libeled across the       internet is like and have a bias preventing them from seeing how       self-destructive his behavior is.        We're the "bad guys" for satirizing it instead of just taking it. But I was       once insensitive to Nima's victims too. I am sorry.       >        > Unlike Wahid Azal, when a claim I have made has been disproven to reasonable       degrees, I withdraw it. So I acknowledge that his wife was real and that she       did indeed die a tragic death.       >        > Of course, knowing him, he will only use my willingness to admit to be wrong       to bash me all the more.              Of course he will, Dale. He is a sick man. He is obsessed with this personal       mythology with him as this all important religious political figure. He is a       narcissist who doesn't care who he hurts. He's not all that accomplished to       even objectively warrant        such self consideration. No one gives a flying fuck about him except his       family, a few friends who are likely good people but blind to his bad side,       and us who have seen both and have decided humor with a little anger is better       than anger and hatred.               We give him the rope and he does the hanging. Today's YouTube videos quoting       verbatim material spoonfed to him are proof.               None of us asked for this shit. But we have exactly three choices:               1. Ignore him, knowing he generated content that pulls when our names are       searched.              2. Engage him in anger and bitterness. He wants this and feeds on it.              3. Mock and satirize him. Sure there's a little anger but A LOT of laughter       and it is a lot healthier.               My offer always stands if he gets help to ease off and pull some of my shit       down. I don't think he'd make such a generous offer. Nor do I think he will       get help.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
