   "Reverse Racism" is imprecise. Racism is a system fostered by those with power   
   on those without power deemed "racially" inferior (Race itself being a   
   construct imposed top down).    
      
   I do not disagree that it is "problematic" but not everyone is necessarily   
   aware of that and certainly doesn't deserve to be pilloried for it. Yes people   
   who are not White can harbor prejudices based on collective criteria which may   
   or may NOT be in    
   reaction to systems of racism they have had to endure. That's not exactly   
   Racism properly defined but it can definitely be bigotry/prejudice.
