   Nima Hazini aka Wahid Azal, in order to bring more light and less heat to the   
   conversation, and also to expedite the final resolution of any investigations   
   or legal proceedings against me -- which do admittedly hang somewhat like a   
   sword of Damocles -- I    
   would like to make you an offer: a deposition.    
      
   I will consent to being deposed, under oath, for up to four hours [or however   
   long if a different time is required], with no restrictions as to question or   
   topic. This will provide a court-admissible record of claims that involves no   
   hearsay, and if    
   found inaccurate, the penalty is perjury on top of any malfeasance I may or   
   may not admit under oath.    
      
   I do work a regular job, so we'd have to schedule this a bit in advance,   
   although I don't think that should be a problem. I will also need to renew my   
   passport which expired several years ago before coming to Australia.    
      
   I want to make this as easy as possible, so there are only two stipulations:   
   (1) to ensure honesty, both sides shall independently record the deposition   
   with no breaks or edits; and (2) to ensure a professional and legal process,   
   your attorney must    
   personally conduct the entire deposition -- you may be present but must direct   
   all questions through your attorney, no guests allowed on either side, and if   
   either you or your attorney are unable or unwilling to be personally present   
   with me while I'm    
   being deposed, that person must be present in the alternative via live,   
   encrypted video call (let's say Skype or Discord).   
      
   What say you, Nima? Let's do this.
