   While I have not looked closely at the entire thread, if I may chime in here,   
   I would preliminarily note that a slur against Nima need not necessarily be   
   racist. Mind you, a slur _can_ be racist, if it is a racial slur. But there   
   can also be slurs which    
   are not racist (for hypothetical examples, slurs which accuse him of mental   
   instability, or criminal behavior, or unfaithfulness, or jab at his height, et   
   cetera).   
      
   So, with that mind, Stephan, could you clarify your position? Are you saying   
   any slur against Nima is automatically racist? Or are you saying some specific   
   slur employed by Dale constituted a racial slur?
