   He has no leg to stand on. I think he is dodging my deposition offer because   
   he has never had a lawyer. He has sometimes claimed to be one himself. He is   
   not. An account identifying itself by the name of Sophia is sometimes seen and   
   its operator claiming    
   to be his lawyer, sans last name, court mandated fax line, or snail mail   
   office address and email address. Most unorthodox for real lawyers.   
      
   I don't have a lawyer and never have even in that bluff de-escalation email I   
   attempted that Hazini keeps using for a "GOTCHA!" which is eye rollingly   
   cringey. That said I am confident in what I know Nima has done to myself and   
   others. I corroborate    
   Denis' responses and timeline of events. Hazini is a narcissist, egotist,   
   pathological liar, and the way he deceives people possibly a little   
   sociopathic as well. Not to mention paranoid and hysterical.    
      
   I am offering to LITERALLY sit in a room for hours with his attorney (he need   
   not be present if he is afraid or angry at me) and do so in a country I have   
   no legal ties of citizenship and residency in. I am offering to do this on my   
   own dime despite not    
   wanting to incur any debt. I am offering to do this without an attorney but if   
   his lawyer insists I have one I insist they help me with travel expenses.   
   Regardless, charging a trip to Australia is not a problem.
