   Well, Nima, if you really believe that, wouldn't Nate's deposition offer be a   
   potentially good step in that direction? Why not have your lawyers depose   
   Nathan, so as to have him speaking on the matter under oath?   
      
   Oh, right, I forgot: it's because all this legal talk is a mere online bluff,   
   and Nima doesn't actually have any lawyers. Hence why his last resort is mere   
   spam, in a desperate attempt to bury the offer.
