   Well he has come out and said Iranians are neither Brown, Black, nor White   
   before.   
      
   I am inclined to agree the construct of "Whiteness" from Euro-supremacist   
   colonial and racist projects doesn't apply.   
      
   However I would argue Nima is an example of someone living in a society that   
   was founded on colonial Euro-supremacy (just as I and my immigrant ancestors   
   do). He gets far more "White privilege" by proxy than, say, Australia's own   
   Indigenous peoples. That    
   and his cushy financial circumstances thanks to a successful family and a real   
   estate / rentier capitalist fortune.
