   Hi My alias is Indigoskies,   
      
   I have the diagnoses of Bipolar 2 and am also Bi-Gender, which has lead me   
   on a journey through   
      
   research and also the subject my psychologist has asked me to look at i.e.,   
   mindfulness, meditation   
      
   and EGO, which has lead me to liking and looking into the Buddhist belief   
   system/s.   
      
   I hope to gather lots of knowledge and hopefully make some great friends   
   along the way.
