   Please. There never was, is not, and never will be   
   such a thing as a fight/flight reaction. It could   
   never evolve, because when this mythical reaction   
   is supposed to take place, the subject is already   
   in a situation where he/she will certainly die.   
      
   Survival is in having the knowledge to avoid   
   deadly situations. "Homo sapiens" means   
   "knowing man" not "thinking man". People are   
   little better than chickens in making decisions.   
   We know a lot, and that's what keeps us   
   alive. So far. Meditation helps us to   
   make better decisions. "The best has to

   Lord Buddha was a much better psychologist than   
   Herr Freud. Or Deepak Chopra. Metta, Rale
