   a breadcrumb trail to follow. We have ancient   
   texts, in mostly dead languages, as even   
   Chinese has evolved quite some ways. And   
   even if we can read such ancient languages,   
   who knows what changes have happened to   
   the texts (though the Pali texts are claimed to   
   be in "pristine purity"). But luckily, some light   
   still deigns to shine for us or at least some of   
   us, so that we can still aspire to walk in the   
   glorious footsteps of some long-dead   
   ancients and get some kind of mind-to-mind   
   transmission. (All the usual disclaimers ...)   
      
   On my previous post "Relief", I forgot to   
   mention Toshu for official transmission, face   
   to face, as he was trained in ancient   
   Japanese Zen monasteries, got formally   
   ordained at two such ceremonies, with the   
   title of "Osho", so he could firm up the   
   certificates for those who want them. A sure   
   hand in a tempest of claims. Who could   
   challenge him?
