As I often said, the first time that I visited
the late Hal Hesse, he told me that I took
myself apart and rebuilt myself again once
in a blue moon, though he had known me
only on the Buddhist boards and in e-mail.

I have kept up with the self-cycling, for
good or ill. Up and down, in and out, I have
   reconsidered myself and recast myself,
even tossing Ninja stars into myself for
effect and leaving myself ajar for
negotiation, with nature and with myself.

Some features (or bugs) have stayed,
whilst others have slipped by. I may not be
to everyone's taste, but at least hope to
entertain with humour and irony. Levity
   does not hurt.
