   I have found many teachings and teachers   
   teaching me at times, when I was available to hear.   
      
   It's possible that the teachings were being taught   
   even when my ears could not hear, and, since I was not   
   available, so to listen so to hear, the teaching was unavailable.   
      
   I'd like to mention turtle ear-wax at this point,   
   with its hard-shell finish, except, it's an idiomatic reference.   
      
   And, seeing as how that is, I shall not mention it.
