   When you find a rope hanging around your   
   neck, you may assume that it is there (and   
   not deny that fact), and live with it, with as   
   much comfort and ease as humanly possible.   
   That is the way out. For nothing. Just hang   
   loose, and it won't constrain your neck and   
   you. Not easy, but as Christian fundies say,   
   it's the way it is, like it or not. Nobody can
