Mine tends to go from zero to infinity
on a scale of identifying my so-called self
   with everything and nothing.

   From anatman to atman.
From simply being an unusual human
being a human being for a spell
to being Being as the Self,
   as if that means any
   so-called thing.

   Sometimes I identify with a nation's capital
or with its currency, as if a name means something.
Or a flag, a geographical land mass, with lines
drawn on a map, as if that is me.

   My myths tend to vary.
The ones I take to be all too real.

Do you have any favorite stories?
