   years ago I saw a chinese saying that read; " never take   
   anything personally " and my father was in that frame of   
   mind once and when I told him the quote he said; " if you   
   don't take things personally you'd never have anything to   
   worry about." and I said; " yup that's right." it was like a big   
   revelation to him since he had always been a professional   
   worrier about absolutely everything.
