   it's a well known method, been around for quite   
   a while. it's on the web. a colleague of his, larry   
   crane has used it to create what he calls the   
   abundance course which is basically the same   
   method of releasing feelings that arise.   
      
   with enough practice this method can stop the   
   feeling triggers that cage most perspectives   
   into emotional baggage loops and allow one's   
   viewpoint to change drastically, much like a   
   good sustained meditation practice can do.
