No, I try not to believe anything.

I know that for the past... dunno, maybe 18 months, my perceptions of
things have been much altered from what they were before. If I could pin
that down to a single minute, or second, perhaps that would be "an
awakening" event, or maybe that would merely mark the acceleration of my
descent into insanity. I know that desire no longer runs me like a puppet.
I know that I am awake to a different level of things that was never clear
to me before. I can honestly say that I have "awakened", in some sense
that may have nothing whatsoever in common with whatever you think of as
   "awakening".

I know that the past year alone has run me through twelve kinds of hell,
but it did not feel like hell so much as simply what was happening. I am
the same now as I have always been, though without the confusion inherent
   in having a self-contradictory worldview.

To describe the way I see things now is very difficult. I've concluded
that it isn't possible to just sit down and write a description of the
world that I see now. On the other hand in any conversation here some of
it leaks out, perhaps some grain of truth makes its way to the reader.
That's about the best I can do.

One of the things I do believe is that the best one can do is simply the
   best one can do.
