As a barefooter, myself, I do have a favorite pair of shoes.

Having removed the bottoms, I am able to enter
all establishments that require feet to be covered
without anyone having a care in the world.

Going unnoticed, without attracting any attention, they are
the very most comfortable. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them.

All complete idiots are proud of themselves.
If you keep up your practice you may yet be complete as well.

But just because one is proud of one's self, that does not entail
that one has made the grade of being a complete and total idiot.

Sometimes it's easier to open the doors
when siddhis aren't enabling one to pass thru them
in one's physical/material form of the Great Form.
