   It is hard for me to see deed (karman) and result of   
   it across lifetimes, or even in one life, except for   
   self-deception in one life. That one is deadly and   
   unforgiving. You can run but you cannot hide.   
   Contrariwise, if you are open and honest to yourself,   
   you have already resolved half of your suffering, and   
   the rest can be born in patience and fortitude.
