   Just turn your mind back on itself (迴光返照 hui guang   
   fan zhao, Japanese eko hensho), check your mind and   
   gaze into it until you drown in Oneness aka Non-Duality.   
   The oceanic feeling of it will envelop you in womb-like   
   la dolce vita which is more beatific than what you were   
   promised in your (austere, I suppose) Catholic   
   upbringing. You can taste it right in this life and see   
   that the Lord is good. You'll be able to turn your nose   
   up at the 72 virgins and such.
