   OK, tonight I divined that my binding was not on, but   
   is now coming on, and that the Dalai Lama is   
   medium good so is extremely unlikely to try and   
   break my binding, which should result in warning   
   signs for extreme criminal, major criminal, and   
   medium criminal who are not following their   
   healing circle prescriptions, and just a guilty   
   conscience for minor criminal who are not   
   following their healing circle prescriptions,   
   plus good intuition for all.
