The Dalai Lama seems to have some primary positive
charisma modulation, but it wouldn’t be perceivable
to him. Do you notice it in him or anyone else
(in person, or in audio, video, or static pictures)?

And e.g. Putin seems to have primary negative
charisma modulation, but it wouldn’t be perceivable
to him. Do you notice it in him or anyone else
(in person, or in audio, video, or static pictures)?

However I have briefly had similar results in past
Sisyphean "dry runs” but it has always faded and
has never been confirmed by anyone else.

The primary positive charisma modulation is
similar to the transfiguration of Jesus or the
radiant brow of Taliesin. That which I observe
for the Dalai Lama is not quite as strong as that
which I observed for two glowing elders on
APTN (on two separate occasions) I think
   two years ago.

I expected to observe it for Kuten-la and Khadro-la
as well but observe only a little, if any. It applies
only to medium good to extreme good, so they
may be only minor good or at the low end of
   medium good.

I did observe some for Paul Watson but it has faded
   slightly in the last while.
