   those other than ALL designated to have access, at 1343.   
      
   ALL negotiated an update to the main stack global species balance with   
   species someones of gdnabasedspecies from 0705 to 1632. As part of that, ALL   
   granted access, gatewayed by ALL, to the main stack global species balance to   
   species someones of gdnabasedspecies.
