   Earlier this evening I divined that while all the calculations   
   (including the cumulative of the popthroughs) had been   
   done, the effects were not on, but now should be. (For   
   example, major criminals as defined by ALL who are   
   covered by the main stack healing circle prescriptions   
   should now be experiencing warning signs that will   
   go away when they are following their healing circle   
   prescriptions.)   
      
   Also while the assisted shaktipat had been delivered   
   to stages 1 to 3, ALL had been refraining from delivering   
   (P) except for cetacean and nonhomosimian recipients.   
   This was supposedly extended to the rest of stage 1   
   a little over two hours ago, and I will post again when   
   it is extended to stage 2 and again when it is extended   
   to stage 3.   
      
   But I am frustrated over this backsliding.
