   This has now supposedly been expanded. Major, medium,   
   and minor criminals should now experience a conscience.   
   Major criminals should experience strong warning signs   
   and medium criminals milder warning signs (maybe anxiety).   
      
   Though I don’t trust these numbers, which were obtained   
   by perineum click divination, supposedly 0.6% of humans   
   are major criminals, 15% are medium criminals, and   
   48% are minor criminals (as defined by ALL).
