   The popthrough sequence, including the Jesus, Moses,   
   Jacob, Rama, Krishna, Buddha, Glooskap, Quetzalcoatl,   
   Iowa Dakota Salmon, and many more popthroughs,   
   was complete at 0332 UTC/GMT March 31.   
      
   God updated the main stack healing circle prescriptions   
   from 0335 to 0404 UTC/GMt.   
      
   God opened up change access, gatewayed by God, to the   
   m.s.h.c.p., to all those other than God designated   
   to have access (including those covered and their   
   deities) at 0406 UTC/GMT.   
      
   God began negotiating an update to the main stack global   
   species balance with species someones of gdnabasedspecies,   
   Water, and Gaia, at 0410 UTC/GMT March 31, 2020.  This   
   could take a while and I may or may not wait up for it.   
      
   THe m.s.h.c.p. consequences came on as of 0411 UTC/GMT.   
   As a result, minor, medium, major, and extreme criminals   
   as defined by God who are covered by the m.s.h.c.p.   
   began experiencing a conscience, and medium, major, and   
   extreme criminals began experiencing warning signs if   
   they are not following their healing circle prescriptions,   
   mild warning signs for medium criminals, strong for   
   major criminals, and very strong for extreme criminals,   
   where crimes against other species and against the   
   environment are considered along with crimes within   
   one's own species.
