   My global binding (healing circle prescriptions) should   
   now be in place, though those who are not criminal   
   as defined by God might not notice anything, while   
   criminals (including towards the environment and   
   towards other species) may notice warning signs.   
      
   Note that I think that the only way to break it is to come   
   up with a replacement idea that is considered better by   
   God, the all-governing someone.   
      
   There are many judges involved in the healing circle   
   prescriptions, but judges (including you) other than   
   God have to have their suggested changes accepted by   
   God. However they do not necessarily have to request   
   the changes of God but can just will them and they   
   will be seamlessly accepted or rejected by God.
