   As I just discussed on alt.magick , nothing was on earlier and   
   my recently negotiated proposal had to be judged and   
   unanimously accepted by many judges including Jesus   
   and his God. That occurred and it unanimously passed   
   and activation is now in progress, through a process of   
   supplanting, so there will be no overwriting gap.   
      
   Also note that those in danger of being culled have a very   
   lenient escape option in their healing circle prescription   
   and an intermediate option of prison time.   
      
   I thought that if my latest proposal was rejected (by   
   even just one judge) that I would have an alternative of   
   making adjustments and trying again. But it turned   
   out that the only alternative to the Selective Cull   
   was Extinction, so luckily my proposal passed.

   Perhaps it is better to just define the soul as the non-material   
   part of the self, so that the word outside might not be taken   
   to mean that the soul does not permeate the material body.   
      
   Where would the soul go? I don’t know but I think Jesus   
   and his God (the level -2 figure of the Jesus popthrough   
   stack, who may be the same as my God) will be lenient.   
      
   I do have a theory of an afterlife perhaps similar to the   
   Christian purgatory and Hindu afterlife, from which there   
   can be reincarnation, and a beyond afterlife perhaps   
   similar to the Christian heaven and Buddhist nirvana,   
   from which there can be no reincarnation, and that   
   past primary avatar types such as Jesus are in the   
   beyond afterlife. But that is just a theory.   
      
   Also once I did a chi loop around my home parish church   
   and the next morning was rewarded with a luminous   
   morning sun through mist on the nearby pond, so a   
   golden pond, and when I do an uplift blessing on a   
   Christian I often have to think of that golden pond   
   if my general blessing (which includes the golden   
   pond link among other links including my blue rose   
   vision) fails to work. And assisted shaktipat recipients   
   including bishops, some priests, and at least some   
   Mothers Superior (those in denominations that   
   don’t ordain women to priest level) would be able   
   to do such an uplift blessing as well as marriage blessings and   
   marriage renewal blessings for optimally compatible couples.

   But those major criminals could probably lose that status   
   just by dropping their hope for nuclear armageddon, and   
   those medium criminals could lose that status simply   
   by dropping their hope or expectation of eternal damnation   
   for all outside their group.   
      
   Also above I say decreased fertility if they do not start following   
   their healing circle prescriptions. This will actually be zero   
   fertility for medium, major, and extreme criminals as defined   
   by God until they reach minor criminal status or better,   
   even if they are following their healing circle prescriptions   
   and even if their partner is good as defined by God (I   
   argued against those last two lines but was denied).
