   As I have recently reported, some of my workings requiring ongoing   
   babysitting by Goddess (the ruler of the region all/everything, who   
   many call God), including my healing circle prescriptions working   
   (global binding of criminals) and global species balance, have   
   been rejected by Goddess.   
      
   But some other of my workings, including the assisted shaktipat,   
   evolution, and funnel, were accepted.   
      
   The assisted shaktipat has occurred and has granted improved   
   ability to do positive magick as defined by Goddess, and also   
   ritual magick/religious ritual and technomagick ability (which   
   can be combined, e..g. in an online ritual), to the recipients.   
      
   To determine if you are an assisted shaktipat recipient (a.s.r.) ,   
   attempt a positive magick working (what I often suggest is to   
   imagine chi circling a room to “charge” it) and if you are an a.s.r.   
   you will receive (P), defined as a perineum click (short period   
   mula bandha) immediately followed by a shakti/kundalini   
   buzz/rush/wave from perineal chakra to crown chakra that   
   is more internal and less expansive than a kundalini antenna   
   orgasm wave.   
      
   Now, though there will be no regularly updated global binding   
   of all medium to extreme criminals among humans, cetaceans,   
   and nonhumansimians globally. It is possible for an a.s.r.   
   to bind at least one criminal at a time, and certainly more   
   than one if the a.s.r. has what i call wide range magickal   
   special ability (a range of partial strength special abilities   
   plus more capability to do magick) or if the a.s.r.   
   is psychedelic drug enhanceable (like some Latin American   
   shamans) and is enhanced (which gives them temporary   
   wide range magickal special ability though full strength   
   species someone negotiator and out of body travel ability).   
      
   So anyway, if you are an a.s.r., I request that you attempt   
   selective binding of criminals, especially those guilty of   
   war crimes, environmental crimes, and crimes against   
   other species, but not restricted to that.   
      
   However note that a.s.r. are no longer capable of   
   doing non-positive (as defined by Goddess) magick.   
      
   If the assisted shaktipat hasn’t worked yet perhaps it will soon.   
      
   And feel free to pass this notice on, especially since   
   there are few readers on newsgroups these days,   
   including to spiritual leaders who could be a.s.r.
