   yes, in this country, the Constitution is very much "The Emperor"   
      
   and if you wanna abide in the Emperor's wishes, you abide in the

   and more often than not, we -do- get a /President/ who reflects   
   all of OUR failings -and- good points, if we can find any.   
      
   and congress as well, we get what we are...   
      
   so vote, the Romans 13 Emperor wants you to vote.
