   Huh? My workings apply to everyone in my region,   
   regardless of what they believe.   
      
   Even the popthroughs have four categories of coverage:   
   (1) still around (possibly in the afterlife) since the original   
   working, (2) coverage by belief, (3) coverage by descent,   
   (4) those now in the original region.
