   I am not an alcoholic.   I drink in moderation two nights   
   a week only outside the period of 1--9 days before full   
   moon.   All of my alcohol-triggered and alcohol-worsened   
   mixed episodes have come during waxing gibbous moon and   
   I have had none since I gave up drinking 1--9 days   
   before full moon, despite having consumed a lot on   
   occasion outside that time period.   I have never   
   had an alcohol-triggered or alcohol-worsened mixed   
   episode outside of waxing gibbous moon.   You can   
   say that I change water to wine at full moon (i.e.   
   I change from drinking water to drinking wine at   
   full moon).
