   Do any of you use crystals in your practice?   
      
   A Scottish traditional witch friend of mine has a   
   personal quartz crystal close to his body, and when   
   I told him my story he recommended that I get a   
   schorl crystal, which is a black tourmaline.  I   
   did get one but I later lost it.
