   Since Jan. 29, 1996 I have been in what I call the low   
   years (low in terms of creativity, occasionally low in   
   terms of delusion, occasionally low in terms of mood).   
      
   For past figures who I claim were similar to me,   
   such low years usually lasted seven years yet   
   mine have lasted a little over 18 years so far.   
      
   While I am on medication (until last year, lithium   
   and olanzapine, but now divalproex sodium and   
   olanzapine) the low years are not very low.  But   
   I still hope they will end soon (after seven years   
   plus an eleven year sunspot cycle) and that I will   
   enter into a period of sustained productive creativity.   
      
   With that end in mind, I request that you direct   
   some healing towards me.
