   Two things David:   
      
   1) The fact that you are asking for help to get of the low years, is, in   
   itself, the most important step in performing this task.   
      
   2) The new combination of medication definitely makes you more coherent.   
   Only you can tell what "feels" better in terms of homeostasis of mood   
   regulators, but I'll bet that you sub-consciously (and sometimes very   
   consciously) pick up when people are ignoring you because they do not   
   understand you or do not want to make the investment of mental effort   
   required to do so in real time. Being ignored in a systematic fashion is   
   bound to bring anyone down.   
      
   Good luck, David. I get the feeling that the low years will go away when   
   you see the first flowers of spring. (You do have flowers on the Rock?)
