   One could consider a third stage to be when Adam/Eve   
   decide to start the whole shebang again (as you remember   
   speculation concerning God's perpetually forgetting the   
   past to thicken the future with "new" stories)   
      
   Or Mayahanan determination to stay in the world past   
   Nirvana, until all have attained enlightenment.
