   [F4Mb] fully on 3:04 a.m., which should deter against some   
   sins defined as bad by law or against what is defined as   
   good by law that are not in [F4Md] or [F4P] and were   
   accepted by Goddess for adjustment (and the law   
   considered is my essential messages, UN law, Canadian   
   law, Newfoundland and Labrador law, St. John’s bylaws,   
   and Harbour Main--Chapel’s Cove--Lakeview bylaws,   
   in that priority). I doubt that jaywalking is included,   
   but texting while driving should be.
