   FULL RESET, with one change required:   
      
   1. incorporated hcp and popthrough hcp sub coverage --   
   belief or still around = full strength,   
   just original region or descent (not both) = 35% strength   
   just both original region and descent = 70% strength.   
      
   So that is just a minor tweak, from 1/3 to 35% and   
   from 2/3 tp 70%.   
      
   Again, belief ones later in the sequence will override   
   non-belief ones earlier in the sequence (more recent   
   in time) if there is a conflict And my post-popthroughs   
   [HCP] update will be at full strength (still around) and will   
   override any earlier popthroughs, even belief ones,   
   if there is a conflict, but I believe that much of what   
   is put in place in the popthroughs will remain.
