   Won't happen anytime soon. I suspect your ampersand person is the same   
   person posting as percent (%) in alt.politics.scorched-earth. I base   
   this opinion (and it's nothing more than that) on it's responses here   
   and in the other newsgroup. Simplistic replies, intended obviously for
